Cooling-off period/returns

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product after all or for some other reason you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for a return.

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact us for this via the contact form.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally gave the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our very best to deliver the order to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are attempted to be shipped the same working day. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee this.

Delivery is made by the postman or parcel carrier from Trunkrs or UPS. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 22:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. Large or heavy products are delivered by pallet or courier.


Warranty


All our products come with a 1-year carry-in warranty. This also applies to refurbished products! Products with the condition "New" at the time of purchase come with a 2-year carry-in warranty.

If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repair, a replacement product, or a refund.

Is the problem with the product your fault? Then unfortunately you are not entitled to free repair, a replacement product, or a refund. Have you used the product normally but it has simply worn out? In that case you are also not entitled to free repair.
However, we will always try to keep you, our customer, satisfied with your ordered item. So please feel free to contact us if you experience a problem with a product ordered from Compridis.
