Cooling-off period/returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product does not meet your expectations or for another reason you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the resulting reduction in value. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packed for a return.

I provided the wrong delivery address!

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.

We think it is important that reviews give the best possible picture of our products and service. Our reviews are therefore managed impartially by TrustedShops. Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:00 are attempted to be shipped the same working day. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee this.

Delivery is carried out by the postal carrier or parcel courier from Trunkrs or UPS. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 22:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. Large or heavy products are delivered by pallet or courier.


Warranty


All our products come with a 1-year carry-in warranty. This also applies to refurbished products! Products with the condition "New" at the time of purchase come with a 2-year carry-in warranty.

If a product is defective, you are entitled to free repair, a new product or a refund.

Is the problem with the product your fault? Then, unfortunately, you are not entitled to free repair, a new product or a refund. Did you use the product normally but it has simply worn out? In that case you also are not entitled to free repair.
However, we will always try to keep you, our customer, satisfied with your ordered item. So feel free to contact us if you experience a problem with a product ordered from Compridis.
