Compridis attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we want to provide clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.
We do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and therefore handle personal data with care. Compridis complies in all cases with applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we will at least:
- Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided; these purposes and types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;
- Limit the processing of your personal data to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;

As Compridis we are responsible for the processing of your personal data. If after reading our Privacy Policy, or more generally, you have questions about this or wish to contact us, you can do so via the contact details at the bottom of this document.
Processing of personal data of customers or suppliers
Personal data of customers or suppliers are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Administrative purposes;
- Communication about the assignment and/or invitations;
- Executing or issuing an assignment.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- The agreed assignment;
For the above purpose(s) Compridis may request the following personal data from you:
- First name;
- Insertion (prefix);
- Last name;
- Address;
- (Business) Telephone number;
- (Business) Email address;
- VAT no.;
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing for the period:
- For the duration of the agreement (including the period of any product warranty provided by Compridis) and afterward only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Processing of personal data of newsletter subscribers
Personal data of newsletter subscribers are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Informing the person by means of news communications.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- The newsletter registration form;
For the above purpose(s) Compridis may request the following personal data from you:
- First name;
- Insertion (prefix);
- Last name;
- Email address.
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing for the period:
- For the period that one is registered.
Processing of personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties
Personal data of prospects, stakeholder/lobby contacts and/or interested parties are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Providing information in the form of newsletters and/or targeted contacts.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- Oral consent, handing over a business card and/or via LinkedIn connection;
For the above purpose(s) Compridis may request the following personal data from you:
- First name;
- Insertion (prefix);
- Last name;
- Telephone number;
- Email address.
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing for the period:
- For the period that one is considered a prospect, stakeholder/lobby contact and/or interested party.
Processing of personal data of employees
Personal data of employees are processed by Compridis for the following purpose(s):
- Performance of the employment contract.
Legal basis for this personal data is:
- The employment contract.
For the above purpose(s) Compridis may request the following personal data from you:
- First name;
- Insertion (prefix);
- Last name;
- Address;
- City;
- Telephone number;
- Email address;
- Date of birth;
- Salary data;
- Copy of ID;
- Citizen Service Number (BSN);
Your personal data are stored by Compridis for the aforementioned processing for the period:
- For the period that one has a contract and afterwards only in the financial administration for a maximum of 7 years.
Provision to third parties
The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the purposes described above.
For example, we use a third party for:
- Maintaining the internet environment of the GDPR program;
- Maintaining the (financial) administration;
- Managing newsletters and invitations.
We never disclose personal data to other parties with whom we have not concluded a data processor agreement. With these parties (processors) we of course make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have supplied to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted. An example of this is that the police request (personal) data from us in the context of an investigation. In such a case we must cooperate and are obliged to hand over these data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission to do so.
Within the EU
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Minors
We only process personal data of minors (persons under 16 years old) if written permission has been given by the parent, guardian or legal representative.
Reviews
WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide your name, city and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and city on its own website. In some cases WebwinkelKeur may contact you to request clarification of your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this data solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties to provide the service; we have given WebwinkelKeur permission to do so. All guarantees mentioned above regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Retention period
Compridis does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or than required by law.
Security
We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example we have taken the following measures;
- All persons who on behalf of Compridis can access your data are obliged to keep it confidential.
- We apply a username and password policy on all our systems;
- We pseudonymize and ensure the encryption of personal data where appropriate;
- We make backups of personal data to be able to restore them in case of physical or technical incidents;
- We regularly test and evaluate our measures;
- Our employees are informed about the importance of protecting personal data.
Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, rectify or delete the personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you provided transferred to yourself or, at your request, directly to another party. We may ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
If we process your personal data based on consent you have given, you always have the right to withdraw that consent.
Cookies
This website uses "cookies" (text files placed on your computer) to make the website work properly and more user-friendly for you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website may be transferred to Compridis's own secure servers or those of a third party.
