Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of Compridis. Here you will find all the answers about ordering, payment, delivery, warranty, returns, and our refurbished electronics. You will also read how business customers inside and outside the Netherlands can easily place orders, including VAT reverse charge. This way, you can be sure you will be helped quickly and clearly.
Order & Payment
You can easily order through our webshop. Add your desired product to the shopping cart, go through the payment steps, and you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
We accept, among others, iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and pay later (Klarna).
Yes, during checkout you can enter your company details and will automatically receive a VAT invoice.
Yes, that is possible. Business customers within the EU (outside the Netherlands) can make use of VAT reverse charge (0% VAT). For this, you first need to register a business account with us and provide your valid VAT number. After automatic approval, VAT will be automatically reversed on your orders and you will receive an invoice without VAT.
Shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 are usually shipped the same day. Generally, you will receive the package the next working day. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery times depend on the country and postal code.
We work with UPS as our standard carrier. Small packages to private addresses within the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered in the evening by Trunkrs. Pallets are mainly delivered by DHL. You can always track your package using the tracking link you receive from us.
No, we only ship orders within Europe. Is your country not listed among the shipping options? Then please contact us! For orders outside Europe, you can contact us to receive a suitable quote.
Warranty & Returns
Yes, you can return your order free of charge within 30 days of receipt. For more information about returns, please visit the return page.
No, we believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase in our webshop, but if you still want to return your order, you can always do so at Compridis free of charge and hassle-free!

- Refurbished products: 1 year warranty
Contact our customer service via the contact form and mention your order number. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Products
At Compridis, you can return all products in your orders free of charge within 30 days. And yes, that also applies to the refurbished items!
